Multipurpose Room

It is a flexible space, next to the theatre hall and separated from the stage by a fire-proof door.

The floor is timber-wood, acoustically more suitable than other materials, in a dark colour in order to nullify eventual reverberations of lighting and to allow several ways of use like dance practice,

preparation of minor performances, meetings and seminars, didactic lessons.

It is also possible to rent the space for private parties such as birthdays, baptisms etc..

TECHNICAL FEATURES

The capacity is for 60 persons if equipped with chairs only.

The surface is 68,50 square MTS , the length is 13,80 MTS , the width is 5,60 MTS and the height is 5,30 MTS. Rest-rooms are located behind the frontal panel.

BOOKING

Please contact Teatro Magnolfi in the answering service time (from Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 1.00 pm) to check on the schedule if space is available. Then it is necessary to fill in

the application for space and the project/event form and send both of them by e-mail to: info@magnolfinuovo.it

The secretary's office will forward the forms to the Culture Department of Prato City Council to get the authorisation and confirm whether the space can be rented or not. Later a contract will be drawn up and an invoice will be issued.

220,00 Euro plus VAT

The rate is including :

In case of show/performance, the use of the room for the whole day, the ticket collector service,

The assistance of the a technician during the show and the mounting of lighting and audio equipment at disposal.

In case of meetings, seminars and birthday parties, the use of the room for the whole day, the installation of lighting and audio equipment at disposal, eventual equipment of desks and chairs.

It is possible to insert the event on the website of Magnolfi Nuovo and on the playbill of Prato district civic network, subject to receiving any information within and no later than 20 days before the event date.

The rate is not including :

Ticket service, rental of equipments not mentioned in the list of theatre and anything not explicitly mentioned above.
