Didactic Rooms

Didactic rooms and relative rest-rooms are located on the first floor of the building. Every room has two access doors and wide windows. They can be used empty or with desks and chairs.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

The area of each room is about 45/50 square MTS , the shape is rectangular and about 9x5 MTS.

The capacity with chairs only is for 40 persons. The capacity with desks and chairs is

for 20/25 persons. There are a PC with video-projector, a flip board and wireless connection

available.

BOOKING

Please contact Teatro Magnolfi in the answering service time (from Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 1.00 pm) to check on the schedule if space is available. Then it is necessary to fill in

the application for space and the project/event form and send both of them by e-mail to: info@magnolfinuovo.it

The secretary's office will forward the forms to the Culture Department of Prato City Council to get the authorisation and confirm whether the space can be rented or not. Later a contract will be drawn up and an invoice will be issued.

PRICES

150,00 Euro plus VAT for the whole day

150,00 Euro / Hour plus VAT for use of 4 hours or less

The rate is including :

-Use of room for the whole day, PC with video-projector, flip board, internet connection

The rate is not including :

- Everything not explicitly mentioned above.
