Conditions

First clause of article 55 shows that the right of withdrawal cannot be applied in case of remote contracts 

(art. 64 et seq.):  

'' Services supply contracts related to lodging, transports, catering, leisure, when upon contract the professional commits to

supply these services at a given date or in a pre-arranged period of time''.

So the down-payments made on booking and reconfirmed from our side are not reimbursable (as well as mentioned in the clause).
